Red Kado offers free standard delivery Australia-wide on orders over $100.
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only.
Express orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 11am AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Australian orders are sent using Australia Post eParcel or another suitable courier. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier and peak periods. Red Kado cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
New Zealand
New Zealand orders over NZ$250 receive free standard shipping. Orders under NZ$250 have a flat standard shipping rate of NZ$25 (6–10 business days). Express shipping to New Zealand takes 2–4 business days and is calculated at checkout. Express orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. New Zealand orders may be delivered by the local postal service or courier partner. Tracking availability can vary as the parcel moves between carriers.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@redkado.com.au with your order number so we can assist. Please notify us within 30 business days of the shipment date.
