How to measure

Grab a pen, a ruler and a sheet of paper. Use a hard flat surface to get the correct measurement.

Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper, then place the paper on a flat hard surface.
Stand on the line with your heel and your longest toe centered, mark the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel. Repeat these steps for the other foot.
Then, measure the distance between the marks. Using the larger of the two measurements, compare to the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.

Finding your feet

Depending on the shape of your feet you may need to go up +1 or down −1 a size.

Nice slipper but not much difference in sizes, i exchanged a 38 for a 39 still tight, narrow fit, tight and I don have wide feet, I’m not exchanged again as it cost me another $18.50!!

Recommend sizing up 1 or even 2 from your regular size.

Lovely slipper but had to exchange as 38 was small so had to pay $19 to send them back and exchange.
Lost my discount and paid delivery again, worked out I paid more than the original price for my slippers.

Love these slippers

Ticks all the boxes. Comfy, warm but not too hot coz of open toe design, strap and slightly raised heel got seal of approval from my podiatrist especially as I have dodgy Achilles. And they look so cute!! Love the dusty pink colour.

Snug fit

Nice comfy, fluffy and fitted me perfectly

Daughter loved it

Great

Great, fast delivery

Brilliant service..thanks

So perfect definitely go up one size

So comfy and easy to wear!!

Very comfortable to wear, the quality is definitely worth it

A bit tight around the toe area and i did accidentally tip my ankle from the hight. Still cute tho! Would recommend a size up.

Comfy and stylish! Definitely perfect for what I wanted them for. Very plush heel so I can feel they will last well. Small complaint: needed stretching slightly though the slide opening as it was digging in to my little toe. Just wore big socks with them a few times and all good!

Amazing Customer service

Such an amazing company to deal with. My order arrived but unfortunately I was not home and the courier threw it over the fence and my dogs thought it was their new toy! I emailed customer service to let them know what had happened and to alert them to the practise of the courier company they were using. I had such a lovely person who was looking into for me, they went above and beyond my expectations. Very much to my surprise i received a new order, which thankfully i was home to collect. These are a birthday present for my 9 year, so i am over the moon with the service i received. I will definitely purchase from them again and tell people of my experience with a fantastic company.
Extremely grateful and 100% happy customer!

Very quick exactly what I ordered

So comfy and soft recommend!!
